Listing as a religion/spiritual tradition

Under what section would Omnism be classified as? Due to it's nature of being a holistic and somewhat secular movement, it's unclear to me if it can be classified into any existing religious categories (other than the obvious of being "new age" or contemporary) or if it should simply be listed as miscellaneous. --Cupio Dissolvi (talk) 10:44, 8 November 2017 (UTC)

Criticism

Obviously this is a incipient loosely defined new-age pseudo-religion. It seems almost neo-pagan in the belief in aspects of all religions. It says little to pick and choose parts of religions to believe in. The third paragraph in the "Contemporary Usage" section (beginning with "It is a belief in equality") does not reference a specific source and appears to advocate a particular position about the topic rather than provide factual information. Jedslater (talk) 20:22, 15 April 2014 (UTC) jedslater

Section "Pan-deism as omnism" deleted per OR

The section Pan-deism as omnism contained the original research of editor 166.137.9.89, introduced in this diff. The purpose of the section seemed to be to prove that pan-deism is a form of omnism.

But those were the editor's own conclusions, and no reliable sources were adduced to substantiate the claim, in all likelihood because there are no sources that could make the editor's speculations wikilike. The three references in the section did not support the editor's position in any way.
