Excessive detail
editWikipedia editing norms have changed substantially since this article was started. Given current editing standards, I am inclined to think that the entire "Distinguished alumni" section should be deleted, since these entries are about the careers of the players and say nothing about their performance in this game. I also have some doubts about whether the detailed recaps of (some of) the games belong here, or whether we should just list the scores of the games in a table.
