I would like to edit this page by - toning it down to a factual statement about OPQ and adding 3 two independent sources to support it- however I am an employee pof SHL so have a conflict of interest can my copy below be approved (& improved possibly by an independent editor.

There is also a book but I am not sure if that can be referred to if it can the reference is

The OPQ, Occupational Personality Questionnaire, is a personality assessment questionnaire launched in 1984.

Often referred to as the OPQ32, it provides an indication of an individual’s preferred behavioural style at work; to help employers gauge how a candidate will fit into certain work environments, how they will work with other people and how they will cope with different job requirements.

The OPQ32 is used in selection, development, team building, succession planning and organisational change.
