Notability
In response to the proposed deletion, with the reason "non-notable," I have attempted to establish the significance of the society in the final added section, being that it has been an influence on the higher education system in North Carolina, in addition to the more recent accomplishments attributed to it. I have also attempted to substantiate any listed claims with appropriate documentation, though it proves difficult when dealing with a subject that is "secret!" More recent edits have been made for greater concision and a more encyclopedia-like tone of voice; suggestions for improvement or improvements themselves are more than welcome. Thank you!
