I am going to propose undeletion and modification of this document as I came here specifically to find the sort of information that was listed in the deleted page. I agree with the original commercial content comments, but surely we can do better than just deleting it. This thing looks sort of tangentially related to some somewhat common business practices in the manufacturing industry and does deserve a place. prat (talk) 20:07, 4 September 2013 (UTC)
