editWhy isn't the page titled Rules of the City of New York? I see it was previously moved to Rules of New York and then moved back to the current title. According to http://rules.cityofnewyork.us/codified-rules:
- The City's approximately 6,000 rules are officially compiled into a book known as the Rules of the City of New York ("RCNY").
