Organization

I've merged New York City Department of Sanitation Police into the organization section, but really the whole organization section needs to be either rewritten based on a reliable source, or removed. As it stands it's confusing and unverifiable, and probably outdated. -Apocheir (talk) 20:38, 13 June 2022 (UTC)
