About the proposed deletion: There are basically no non-notable SCOTUS cases. SCOTUS rulings are central to American Jurisprudence. There should be a page about every SCOTUS case in the entire history of the US. There aren't that many per year and there there are only 240 years or so. It is ridiculous to delete a reasonably well written yet starter page for one of these cases. Can it be improved, sure but don't delete it. That would be completely going in the wrong direction.
