You've been waiting blinking ages for a review, so lets do this. To be honest, if I'd clicked on the article before then I would have reviewed it already - he even worked on Star Trek! Seven duplicate links.

I took the liberty of adding him to the British costume designers category.

The only other thing I can see which is an issue is the use of IMDB as a source. It's questionable, but you've already got the point covered with cite #18, so I think you're better off simply removing it.
