This article needs a lot more sources to establish notability. Many of the "neighborhoods" aren't even in the city of Missoula itself, so they shouldn't even be here. This article should be about the neighborhoods that comprise the city of Missoula, not the general Missoula area. This seems to be an article created because other (larger) cities have neighborhood articles. While I'm sure Missoula has neighborhoods, that doesn't mean there is any kind of reliable information about them.
