- Link Opening Day in the lead
- "The Nashvilles spent the majority" - This seems out of place, but only because the fact that the team was known as the Nasvhilles isn't specified until later. Might be worth mentioning as an alternate name in the first sentence
- Is there a parameter in the infobox for former affiliations? The usage of previous level and league implies that the team was formerly in a league, but now is in another one, while the Seraphs are defunct and were only ever in that one league.
Yes, sort of. I changed the league parameter, but the only alternate for class (You inspired me to modify the infobox to avoid this awkwardness. It now displays as "Class [blank space] Class B". NatureBoyMD (talk) 19:32, 27 April 2020 (UTC)|class level=
) would render it as "current". NatureBoyMD (talk) 17:41, 26 April 2020 (UTC)
- You link to the Western Interstate League, but our article (without a source) states that that league didn't begin play until 1896, while the Seraphs' lone season was in 1895. Is this the same league then?
- If Baseball-Reference's Bullpen is to be believed, it looks like a separate, but possibly predecessor league. (https://www.baseball-reference.com/bullpen/Western_Inter-State_League). I red-linked it to Western Interstate League (1895). NatureBoyMD (talk) 17:41, 26 April 2020 (UTC)
- "Ed Daniels came down with a case of Malaria" - malaria is generally lowercase
- "Butter was a skilled fielder" - This appears to be a typo
- Indeed, changed to "Butler." NatureBoyMD (talk) 17:41, 26 April 2020 (UTC)
- "thus making him ineligible to play" - Them not him, since it's two players
- Changed to "them". NatureBoyMD (talk) 17:41, 26 April 2020 (UTC)

- Are the standings for Little Rock and Memphis in the ref? Some of the scan was very difficult to read, but the parts I could read didn't give the final records for the two clubs that folded.
- Oops. They were in refs 75 & 77 in the sentence preceding the table. I've added them to the existing reference in the header. NatureBoyMD (talk) 17:41, 26 April 2020 (UTC)

- The Noodles Hahn image needs an author, if one isn't known just put "Unknown", the image is flagged as needing an author as is.
- Same with the Sam Moran one
- I added {{unknown|author}} to the Moran image as it was extracted from File:1895NashvilleSeraphs.jpg for which the photographer is anonymous. Should I do the same with Hahn or replace it with another image from [1]? NatureBoyMD (talk) 17:41, 26 April 2020 (UTC)
- Either way is fine, whichever you think works better. Images with unknown authors are perfectly fine, it just needs to state on the image tagging that the author is unknown. Hog Farm (talk) 14:20, 27 April 2020 (UTC)
- I've added {{unknown|author}} to it as well. NatureBoyMD (talk) 19:43, 27 April 2020 (UTC)

That's it for the first round. Looks like it's in pretty good shape. Placing this one on hold, I'll go over it again once these issues are addressed. Hog Farm (talk) 04:18, 26 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Hog Farm: Thanks, I have responded to each of your comments. NatureBoyMD (talk) 17:41, 26 April 2020 (UTC)
