Biography
Can anyone elaborate the statement, "... Tribus graduated in 1942 from UCLA, and received his Ph.D in 1949."? Which undergraduate program at UCLA? An announcement of the commencement ceremony will answer that. It will be in the UCLA library. Where was the Ph.D. degree awarded? What was the research topic or title of thesis?
