Notable People - Fabrication?

I question the veracity of the last name on the list, especially as I could not find a Wikipedia article on him, and the second half of the description looks a joke:

Steve Blenkinsop, England international in cricket, tennis, football, and rugby. Also known to accompany Noddy in his car.
