Alternate names edit

A town in Belorussia at similar coordinates (54°02'/31°44') with the primary name Mstislavl is documented in the gazetteer Where Once We Walked as having alternate names: Amtchislav, Amtzilov, Mscislaw, Omtchislav. Its Jewish population between WWI and WWII was 3,371. -- Deborahjay (talk) 07:51, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Мстислав edit

[1] Now the opinion of other editions of Wikipedia more authoritative than an authoritative government sources? This is a success! --Чаховіч Уладзіслаў (talk) 13:39, 20 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

I gave in the article two newer sources which spell Мстиславль. The 2009 census also uses Мстиславль, though it is now taken from the website and is left only as an arxive. All these sites are official. You provide an off-line source in Belarussian which is older than all three of them and want to overrite with this source everything else. This is WP:UNDUE. I saw that in the Russian Wikipedia, you proposed the article to rename. I hope they will stay sufficiently cold-mided to reject it as well.--Ymblanter (talk) 13:44, 20 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
Checked it there: You arguments were rejected as absurd. Let us do the same here.--Ymblanter (talk) 13:45, 20 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
