Moonlight article Orville Lloyd Douglas Are Wikipedia editors are they racist?
I find it interesting the ONLY film review by a black film critic Orville Lloyd Douglas negative review of Moonlight was removed. Yet the positive film reviews by white film critics still on the site. Are Wikipedia editor's racist? Here is an article written by a black gay man who has MORE insight into homosexuality in black culture than the white film critics who praised the movie. So white film critics views about a black film carry more weight than a negative film review by a black gay man? Andrewmorrisseyx (talk) 23:36, 5 January 2018 (UTC)

- Same observation here, possibly conflict of interest/undisclosed paid and agenda pushing. In either case, it's a non-notable website with user generated content. Alex Shih (talk) 07:00, 11 January 2018 (UTC)
- @Alex Shih and EvergreenFir: There may be little more notability here than first meets the eye. Both Orville Lloyd Douglas and Film International have articles. MOS:FILM says, "...reputable commentators and experts—connected to the film or to topics covered by the film—may also be cited." I do think the addition needs to be pared down if it is to stay and being mentioned by other media sources would greatly strengthen its case for inclusion. --NeilN talk to me 14:09, 11 January 2018 (UTC)

- Yes, I agree with EvergreenFir. Although if the individual was to be added, undue weight needs to be taken into consideration. I would take having articles here with a grain of salt; Film International is entirely unreferenced and filled with puffery, created by another potentially COI editor; Orville Lloyd Douglas doesn't look that much better also, having been heavily edited by the same IP range from Toronto, Canada that have been edit warring here. How did you find and upload the movie poster?
