Characteristics

Right now the characteristics section only shows some vague numbers. Are these minimum values, maximum values, average values, or target values for breeders, or what? If anyone has more info, please make the section a little more specific. Greetings, RagingR2 21:54, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

Citation for claims

I removed one claim from the "usage" section (something about Montbeliard beeing the best breed so and so on (see history). If information like that is to be added, there has to be some citation/validation for it. And while we're at it: the same goes for the sentence that is still there: "The old cows and calves are selled more expensive than holstein cattle." More expensive? Come up with some verifiable figures please! I only left this one in because I didn't want to erase the whole section. So if anyone has more (verifiable) info, please add!
