The booing
editI was the one who noted the show having been booed by audience members in Toronto. I added it when I was still a rather novice Wikipedian. Since then I've learned the importance of citing sources. Unfortunately, this is an example of something that cannot be sourced as it is based upon personal experience; I attended said show and I sat next to one of the people who was booing. 23skidoo 02:20, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, that's considered a violation of WP:OR. I attended a couple of talks by Tom Stoppard where he talked about his creative process, but was told that, because it couldn't be verified, it was inappropriate for inclusion in Wiki despite coming right from the horse's mouth.

- Except what I witnessed was at a major event that was covered by the media, and I vaguely recall there being some mention of it. Unfortunately there is no apparent online source that has survived since 1999. This isn't OR in any event. OR is making a conclusion and or providing evidentiary information regarding a topic that has no precedent (i.e. brand new information). Reporting that he was booed at a performance is in no way OR because the act of booing provided no new information. In a similar way, reports in the Sheena Easton article that she was booed during a show don't really qualify as OR either. 23skidoo 04:18, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
Different Photo
editOK, it's just not funny putting a photo of a corpse in the infobox. Can somebody find a photo of an alive person? 182.239.174.105 (talk) 22:01, 15 March 2014 (UTC)
