Backwards

edit

Modi'in is backwards. In Hebrew it's read from right to left not left to right. Please fix. [IP comment of March 2005]

This was taken care of in April 2005. Hertz1888 17:31, 30 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Number of schools

edit

We have here 12 schools according to CBS. We then state 8 elementary and 2 high schools. 8+2=10. I suspect the change to two was vandalism. But then the change was from 8 high schools, and still 8+8=16 (at least I could understand some overlap, though). Which is it? jnothman talk 22:49, 22 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Maccabim-Re'ut

edit

We need to update this article to include Maccabim-Re'ut and then move it to a new name. I'll try to do it myself tomorrow but if someone else can, I'd appreciate it. -- Y Ynhockey || Talk Y 23:00, 3 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Population source

edit

I added a source from the municipality's website claiming 60,000 residents, though an official CBS citation would be better. Would there be a problem with updating the city box and lead paragraph to reflect the new number? TewfikTalk 22:56, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Requested move

edit

Modi'in no longer exists, so all of the information given there, and not in the correct article (Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut), should be moved to its correct place. RaLo18 (talk with memy contributions) 18:17, 19 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

  • So move the data; but data which was about Modi'in when it was compiled should stay. We have lots of articles about places that no longer exist; compare New Amsterdam. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 18:28, 19 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
