Special awards section restored

The Special Awards section was removed with the rationale "irrelevant parts/fancruft". However, the Special Awards are an official part of the event, and the awards are actual. As such, the content is certainly not irrelevant, nor is it "fancruft". North America¹⁰⁰⁰ 12:36, 12 January 2016 (UTC)
