The animal being a giant caecilian makes a lot of sense since they do burrow which means any giant sized caecilians 20-50 feet would be hard to spot and would be *very* rarely seen and like the minhocao caecilians have to horn-like things protruding out their noses. To add to this little is known about caecilians themselves.
