Lead Paragraph Edit
Hello, I'm editing Wikipedia as part of this course. I made a few edits to the lead paragraph on this article in which I believe it allows the paragraph to flow more naturally. My intent was not a content edit, just for flow and sentence structure. I am new to the world of editing Wikipedia and, as always, I am open to constructive criticism and or help.

Table
This table was in the main article, and has not been updated beyond 2008. Also it is not only SIGGRAPH, but almost every major CS conference that MSR has had a consistently strong presence in (SIGCOMM, SOSP/OSDI, ASPLOS, etc).
