What does it mean by: Tell about the "meeting of the minds" of Charles Dickens and Mark Twain?

I am confused. The page for mutual mistake says that mutual mistake is commonly confused with mutual assent cases like Raffels v. Wichelhaus. The Raffels page says that Raffels is a leading case for mutual mistake. However, the mutual assent page says that mutual assent is destroyed by mutual mistake. Isn't Raffels a mutual assent case because the parties made a mutual mistake? Does a mutual mistake imply lack of mutual assent? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.138.217.121 (talk) 22:05, 6 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Too many blockquotes in this article

Wikipedia is not a textbook (or a casebook). This train wreck needs to be rewritten in modern language and quote only sparingly from old cases. --Coolcaesar (talk) 00:03, 8 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
