In it's current state, the article does not meet GA criteria. There are some notable issues:

- Some assertion/facts are not sourced, and some sections like Permanent dentition and Variation are severely under-sourced.
- The citation to the book "Wheeler’s Dental Anatomy, Physiology, and Occlusion" is not formatted correctly. Please see WP:CITE.
