Misleading?

Dear friend, I find lack of evidence for following phrases...

• "people killed extrajudically" = According to the investigation, "no evidence could be found to demonstrate the Matale mass grave deaths were due to natural causes or an epidemic". There is a subtle difference, yet has huge implications.
• "during the second JVP uprising" = "The JVP suspects its former members may be buried at the site" Considering circumstantial evidence, it was dated as late 80s. But that doesn't mean they are JVP members. More importantly carbon dating, and geological results are still pending...
• "counter insurgency operations by the Sri Lankan Army" This claim lacks a reliable source...

To avoid an accusation of conflict of interest (WP:COI) I don't want to edit this article, but please be kind enough to consider above.... Thanks Nishadhi (talk) 16:00, 9 April 2013 (UTC)

Thank you very much for considering my concerns. I know you as a dedicated editor who has contributed a lot to Wikipedia. So I have faith in you. All I want to know is;

• Is there enough evidence to claim these are extrajudicial killings? Or is it still a suspicion.
• Is there enough evidence to claim that they were killed by the army?

If you are satisfied then I don’t have a problem and feel free to remove the tag, If not still, you are the best person to rephrase those sentences. By the way, I have few suggestions.

• Instead of stacking the references at the end of the paragraph I think its best to put them at the end of each fact or phrase.
• I think the duration of Gotabhaya Rajapaksa’s command should be mentioned in the article. (From May 1989 to end of 1989)
• I don’t think dbsjeyaraj.com is a reliable source.
• I don’t think that the fact JVP was against devolution of power is relevant to the article. However if you think it should be mentioned I think its better include why JVP was against it (“..The JVP opposes to the devolution of power to the North and East. It maintains that the problem will disappear with the coming of socialism after its (JVP) accession to power..”). Other wise it’ll be a NPOVD due to omission. Also it should be rephrased as “North and East” instead of “Tamil regions” because North an East is multiethnic region. (You may disagree with me.)
