Thank you for nominating this article. No disamb. or invalid external links.

  1. Is it reasonably well written?
    A (prose):
"toward Greenwood."->"toward Greenwood and Broadkill Beach, Delaware."
I provide Greenwood to give an idea of DE 16's first significant location in the state. It is not necessary to include the eastern terminus of the highway for this purpose.  V 14:51, 6 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
    B. MoS compliance for lead, layout, words to watch, fiction, and lists:
  2. Is it factually accurate and verifiable?
    A. References to sources:
    B. Citation of reliable sources where necessary:
Need source for "the only triple state highway concurrency in Maryland."
I cannot find a source that is not a personal website, so I replaced the superlative with "a triple state highway concurrency."  V 14:51, 6 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
    C. No original research:
  3. Is it broad in its coverage?
    A. Major aspects:
Does a good job of incorporating historic points of interest into the route description.
Any future construction plans? Any American Recovery Act projects?
I assume that the DE 16 continuation was not an accident. Can we add that to the history as well as the route description. I.e., was DE 16 designated at the same time as MD designated it into Hickman in 1939?
No future construction plans or ARRA projects. I had the same assumption as you regarding the routes 16. I checked Delaware maps and found DE 16 was assigned by 1936. The number fits in that state's numbering grid. While it is very plausible, I do not have any source that supports MD 16 being extended for the purpose of hooking up with DE 16.  V 14:51, 6 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
    B. Focused:
  4. Is it neutral?
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. Is it stable?
    No edit wars, etc:
    No edit wars.
  6. Does it contain images to illustrate the topic?
    A. Images are copyright tagged, and non-free images have fair use rationales:
    B. Images are provided where possible and appropriate, with suitable captions:
  7. Overall:
    Pass or Fail:
