Paper Trail

Meta Counsel for the insane, conflicted, or misrepresented
editDoes anyone have information about the right to counsel to make the motion to oppose counsel based on conflict or misrepresentation? If not, how is this not a deprivation of the right to competent counsel? I seem to recall that there is a right to counsel in a 1367 Motion for "tests for insanity" context, but cannot find any sources on either. Does anyone have any sources or info?.
