The photo is of the tetrahydrate, MnSO4·4H2O.
The CRC handbook's table Physical Constants of Inorganic Compounds lists the following:
MnSO4, 7785-87-7, white orthorhombic crystals
MnSO4·H2O, 10034-96-5, red monoclinic crystals
MnSO4·4H2O, 10101-68-5, red monoclinic crystals
