Review #1 Good start on Manganese (II) Phosphate. Again, the chembox is filled with information and there are sections dedicated to production, formation, and suppliers. The chembox seems to have less information compared to the other chemicals that were done, but if you can't find anything else, then that's fine. For formation of the chemical, maybe add some sort of visual that shows the mechanism that takes place. Are there any uses for it today? If so, add a section about that. Also, there seems to be something wrong with the formatting of the bibliography. Otherwise, very nice. Nskowal2 (talk) 21:13, 30 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Review #2 Nice article--very informative. One major thing to add would be links to other wiki pages of major topics. Other than that the chem box seems complete. Add the missing information, though. Include any uses of it in today's industry/world such as what is it used for. if you can't find it specifically then say what other compounds are similar to it and what they are used for. Overall it could use a tiny bit more work. Jtkozio2 (talk) 00:02, 2 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Review #3 I agree with the comments that are above mine. In particular, the chem box could use a little more info, links to other wiki pages would be good, and some information about the uses would be good. I'm not sure you need a section on suppliers. It seems kind of like something that isn't really important to the subject of the chemical. Also, the formation section is super dense. I think you could expound on that information a little better to make it easier to read. Overall, this is a great article. johnwilsoniv (talk) 01:26, 2 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Review #4 This information that is present on this page looks good. One thing that I would suggest however is that you put some other categories in there to get the max points. I feel that there is more, better information to be learned about Manganese (II) Phosphate than who supplies it. Type of information is important in a quality wiki page. I think some properties of it would do the reader good, as well as a picture. From reading your article, I only see words. Although they are useful, I do not know what it looks like or how to identify it. Information like this will be helpful to the common man, not only scientists! Also, if you can add a few more references, the page should be good to go. Kevinjozwiak (talk) 2:04, 2 November 2012 (UTC)

Proposing a major revision edit

This article contains a lot of flawed or tangential or crufty information that strikes me as unencyclopedic. So I was going to do major revision, probably removing a lot of the content that appears suspect. The main phosphate of Mn(II) is the dihydrate, so I was going to shift things in that direction. But if others have suggestions or are worried about my comments, leave a note here and we can discuss. This article arose under troubled circumstances of unsupervised homework by young college students with little knowledge of inorganic. --Smokefoot (talk) 01:39, 19 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
