General

  Fixed

  Fixed

  • I'd like to see the dates provided for the reference dates and access dates listed in the same format; since Katy is an American artist, I recommend using Month Day, Year or YYYY-MM-DD.

  Done

Infobox
  • Same idea as above, I'd like to see the dates listed in the American format; this also applies throughout the article. (Forgive me, since that probably isn't the technical term!)

  Done

Introduction
  • "(on iTunes as MTV Unplugged: Katy Perry)" Please add "listed" or "titled" before "on iTunes".

  Added

  • "After airing more than 100 MTV Unplugged specials" Can you give us the years that these original specials aired? Readers would probably be interested in the gap between the original version and the revival.
This is kind of hard, since there wasn't actually any "original version" if you know what I mean. It was revived a lot of times. See MTV Unplugged.
I see what you mean; in that case, we'll be fine as-is.
  • "...showcase herself as an artist and share the stories behind the songs." Maybe it would be better to clarify that they were her songs. I know it's very minor, but I think it might just make the connection that little bit clearer to readers.

  Done

  • In the second paragraph, can you write out "extended play" in full?

  Done

  • One of the Boys is her second studio album, or maybe you can say major-label debut if you'd like?

  Added

  • Can you replace the term "EP disc" with something like "audio disc"

  Done

  • When talking about the French and Swiss charts, I suggest using "numbers" again instead of "positions".

  Done

Background
  • Same thing about the 100 specials, the years that those specials aired on would be nice to see.
  • Summer should not be capitalized.

  changed

  • Same as above, perhaps modifying this sentence to say "... the true meaning of her songs".

  Added

  • "...the song does not narrate any event of Perry's life.." Can you remove the extra period?

  Removed

Release and reception
  • "The digital release of MTV Unplugged took place on 13 November 2009, via digital retailers." Can you rewrite this as "MTV Unplugged was digitally released on November 13, 2009."?

  Fixed

Critical reaction
  • It might be helpful at a quick glance to start off the section by saying that the record received mixed reviews.

  Added

  • Giving the album a D isn't necessarily an award, so I'd try to find another verb.

  Fixed

Commercial performance
  • I would replace "position 82" with "number 82".

  Fixed

Track listing
  • "Song titles and individual lengths for videos and songs were obtained from the MTV Unplugged iTunes page; DVD total length extracted from liner notes of the set." I would recommend rewriting this as "Titles are obtained from the iTunes Store; lengths are adapted from the liner notes."

  Fixed

Credits and personnel
  • These sections are pretty short, so I don't think that the subheads are needed.

  Removed

  • You can also remove the semi-colons after each of their names and credits.

  Removed

  • "...with the video recording" Can you add "of her performance" to the end of that statement?

  Added

Release history
  • Since the album charted in France and Switzerland, can you find release dates for those countries, too?

Added, plus I altered the release introduction a bit. Nothing major to address here. The spot-checking went well, as usual. I'll stop by when you've taken care of these corrections. WikiRedactor (talk) 23:59, 5 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

I think I've done everything but let me know if I did not. prism 18:36, 6 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
The corrections made are all good, so I'm going to pass the article. Good work! WikiRedactor (talk) 22:47, 6 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
