The Connector number can't be traced, at this time, to when it was named. The "Connector 75" number is an internal affair, and a few years ago those numbers were all shuffled. (I can't confirm that this was previously called Connector 2 without resorting to using an SPS.) The CONN M-125 number has never been signed, and thus no map will show when the number was applied, which can only be assumed to be when the M-125 number was applied to the parent highway.
I don't think it's necessary to list that M-125 connects with a city street in the infoboox. If it connected with a numbered CR at the border (as several trunklines do) or a differently numbered state highway (as the rest seem to do), then it would have been listed by name.
