The article has been chopped down a bit. Its old form was actually great for a law review article or blog post, but seemed to also verge way too far into WP:OR for Wikipedia standards. See [ https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Luna_Torres_v._Lynch&oldid=1060075805] for the old version. Anyway, if someone wants to dig up some secondary sources, there might be some useful bits in the older version if it can be sourced, but I'm not confident all of it really does reflect the sources, most notably the bits about how the SCOTUS decision was just so clearly erroneous it can be ignored.
