Loch's Theorem (1964) is a simple consequence of the results of Paul Lévy (1936) as described in the article entitled Lévy's constant. Would someone who knows how to include references and cross-references be so kind as to include this information? 156.17.86.7 (talk) 18:12, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Base 10, or general radix? edit
The article currently mentions something about changing the radix, but nothing is written explicitly. Is it true that the theorem can be applied to arbitrary bases? If so, it should be worded in a more general way. 188.169.229.30 (talk) 22:06, 27 April 2013 (UTC)
