Reference for Mollie Sugden

I tried to add a note to the article on Mollie Sugden to say that she currently resides in the Isle of Man. I know that she has lived there for many years, and is well known on the Island. You also have her listed on this page. Unfortunately the user UpDown is being awkward, and is demanding a reference for this. (You can read our exchange on his Talk page.) I have seen Mollie's picture in the local papers several times over the years, but simply do not have the time to trawl through back copies in the papers' offices just to appease one awkward user. Not all resident - name change?

The name of the page is List of residents of the Isle of Man yet a good many are not currently resident or were only lived there for a relatively short time or were born there but moved away a long time ago and show no particular interest in moving back. A more appropriate title might be List of people associated with the Isle of Man. Should we change the name or weed out those who only have limited residence qualification?
