Yuhi VI Bushayija???

Looking at the older regnal names, it seems that the rwandan "formula" is: regnal name, regnal number, followed by given name prior to ascension to the throne. It would appear that Yuhi VI given name is Emmanuel and that his surname is Bushayija. For this reason, would it not be Yuhi VI Emmanuel?
