Historical timeline of Egyptian hieroglyphs

edit

I just read the Vizier (Ancient Egypt) article, and .... there is the use of the term: "Seal Bearer", as in Seal Bearer of the King).. Well, I'm still Waiting Outside the Lines, and no-one, old, or young has added to the category: Category:Egyptian hieroglyphs-Gardiner listed, since I created about 50 aticles.... I'm writing this because, adding REFERENCES (to) the Gardiner's Sign List hieroglyphs is simple enough by looking at them-(and articles), but to make articles, requires some years of work... (It took 5 months (mostly ON, of "off and on") to create the many categories in WikiCOMMONS, for the various 650-700 hieroglyphs. (the TIMELINE had started, so I also did some timeline stuff in the centuries-MANY--BCE-(only)). My personal history with hieroglyphs was through working on the Amarna letters (many of the text corpus), but they can give a feel for the hieroglyphs, even though they are cuneiform letters. (1355-1330 BC). so hieroglyphs, Amarna letters, and actual TEXT of the Epic of Gilgamesh-(and retranslating the Rosetta Stone and Canopus Stone)-(I guess from Text corpus: by: aligned parallel corpora, (I aligned the GREEK, with the Egyptian H.-(as in the Decree of Canopus-Canopus Decree: (Leap Year, lines 14,15, Greek: cosmos: "kosmos")).

So.... I'm going to try to add a use of the Seal (hieroglyph)... and try to get somebody to want to start getting back into hieroglyphs.. (As soon as someone starts exploring these ancient FIRST USES, or History, or Origin, of the hieroglyphs, then the sense of how their usage EVOLVED, would make sense... ... (as in: Historical timeline of Egyptian hieroglyphs)...--- ONE of the greatest uses: the COMMON Man, the citizen, but contrasted against the term for All the Living (Men & Women) of Egypt.. a Tree (hieroglyph) for Bak-T, a name for Egypt-(T, FEMININE: (Bread bun)--- the Man, Woman, and Plural hieroglyph, and the ankh for life: All (plural)... Living, Man, Woman, (plural), Bak-T, (Crossroads (hieroglyph)-(determinative for Place, (City, Country, etc.)).
(As I Have Said For A Couple Of Years: I want to "tip my hat" to the first person/(human) who makes an article....?
Note the Bread bun, T

Vertical N and Vertical S are in this category: for Crowns-Dress-Staves. (probably all these in this category, are rather important.. (for example the Horus of Gold name (Gold (hieroglyph))Mmcannis (talk) 15:37, 5 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
