Definition

Exactly what is a folk hero ? According to the definition given in article Folk hero kings and emperors like Alexander, Alfred and Genghis were hardly folk heros. If we call them folk heros then we should add hundreds of other kings to the list. Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 10:09, 29 November 2018 (UTC)

Could there be a list of real villains in human history?

Hi! I'm sorry to have reverted your work. I know it's stressful when you've spent time on something and it gets reverted. The material is still there in the page history (top right, click "View history") so if you want to retrieve any of the text and put it back with sourcing then please do so! But don't put anything back without sourcing.

The issue isn't simply "arbitrarily" editing, nor is it limited to your inappropriate/offensive additions. As I detailed on your talk page, none of your edits were sourced and you removed all of the content and sourcing that was already in the article. This is an article for folk heroes, not random characters.

I've enlisted help from a WikiProject since this article wasn't in top shape prior to this anyway and will be cross posting to a few more for additional help. Blue Edits (talk) 15:32, 25 January 2023 (UTC)

Have a little awareness. In hijacking an article and stripping it of its references and content you've created a several-hundred-edit mess in the page history so big I had to sort by oldest to get to a stable revision.

Uh, no. As I've repeated ad infinitum, you are not following policy. ALL of your contributions MUST be verifiable by citing a reliable source.
