List of "compositions"?

I've been looking through this list and spotted that items such as Die Sieger, Wieland Der Schmied, Jesus von Nazareth, and Leubald appear. Was there any music associated with any of these? I thought Leubald was an attempt at Shakespearian tragedy and the other three were ideas for operas which never saw fruition. The German "Werke" is conveniently ambiguous on this issue. Sortable tabling

I've made this into one sortable table. The default position is the WWV number, but when genre/forms are added the compositions can be grouped with all operas together etc. To any other editors working on this: please note that it isn't correct to call all Wagner operas 'music dramas'. --Kleinzach 01:20, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

There was a mistaken belief that music in the 2000 film Requiem for a Dream was a remix of some Wagner music; a track called "Der Weg in Waltham", attributed to that film, is widely available on the Internet. It was listed here under WWV 86E which doesn't exist; it was added on 23 April 2010 by an anonymous IP editor, and I corrected its spelling without checking whether it existed. It was been removed several times by anonymous IP editors, first on 20 May 2010, the last time on 22 July 2010, unfortunately without edit summaries, so the deletion was twice reverted. – A short-lived error in the list, long since corrected. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 13:18, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

No. 78 "Symphonies"

What exactly does this refer to? It's common knowledge Wagner wrote one completed symphony and part of an unfinished one. So what is "symphonies" listed at number 78? An arrangement of someone else's, another fragment?

This list is quite a shoddy representation of the works.

Piano sonatas

Piano works and Lieder

Why are these two genres lumped together when there's a separate section for Vocal works, into which Lieder must surely belong? I know Lieder include a piano part, and piano accompanists are these days referred to as "associate artists", but ..... -- Jack of Oz ^{[pleasantries]} 23:18, 16 July 2020 (UTC)
