Talk:List of bilateral free trade agreements/Archives/2012

Hong Kong & Macau (SAR)

I undid the 3 latest edits.

  • To the IP editor: 218.250.156.233: calling HK/Mo countries is both incorrect and incomprehensible to a global audience;
  • To SchmuckyTheCat: specifying HK/Mo is part of China in every occasion is also completely unnecessary and clogs up the flow of the list. "Hong Kong" and "Macau" are unambiguous, and have been used unambiguously to refer to the two independent customs areas both during their colonial times and since they became SARs. Separate section solution

An alternative solution is to list the trade agreements within the PRC in a separate sub-bullet list, since the agreements actually list the signing parties as "Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau". Deryck C. 16:55, 17 August 2011 (UTC)
