Orphan and globalize tags edit

@Eshaq Azizi The tags shouldn't be removed until the issues have been addressed. The article is an orphan because no other articles link to it; see what links to this article. All pages that link here are in the Wikipedia or user namespace, none of those pages are actual articles. This list should be linked to from other articles before the tag is removed.

As for the tag saying "The examples and perspective in this article deal primarily with Afghanistan and do not represent a worldwide view of the subject", I agree that this article should primarily be dealing with Afghanistan. However, this list focuses exclusively on Afghanistan when much of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and northern Balochistan also speaks Pashto.[1] If there are any Pakistani universities that speak Pashto, then they should be added. If there aren't any Pakistani universities that speak Pashto, then that should be stated and (ideally) supported with a source.
