Mistake in this article edit
A lieu-dit is a small place bearing a name, but it can be either inhabited or uninhabited. This is indeed its main difference with a hamlet, which is a place that is always inhabited.
I'm positive about this. I've been through several lieux-dits today as there are many in my region (i'm French).
I wouldn't like to change the style of the article, could someone edit it properly please?

It seems like this is an indirect choice of words. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.43.120.239 (talk) 20:36, 3 April 2022 (UTC)
