I've had a look at the article and the problems are quite numerous. I'm going to quick fail this article, but I'll explain why first.

Firstly there is a notability issue which hasn't been addressed. The article doesn't have any reliable third party sources to show why it is notable over any other one off television special. The fact that an editor in another Good Article review said that it needed to be covered by more than a single sentence didn't grant it notability, and the material currently included in the article hasn't proved it either. If you can add independent referencing from reliable sources on this subject to the article then it solves the notability problem.

As it stands the article contains a summary of the songs performed and the clapperboard information. For a good article, I would expect there to be some production information related to the show, some sort of review (with or without ratings depending on whether or not you can access them), and it would probably be a good idea to include a brief background section to explain who Lena and Bonnie are.

There doesn't appear to have had a breakdown into sections appropriately, so at the moment the only thing which appears to be seperating the lead from the plot section is the table in the middle. Ideally, without adding any additional information right now, there should be a lead, with the plot section in a section headered plot and the clapperboard information in a production section. The end credits list should be worked into an appropriate infobox, with them mentioned in prose if appropriate rather than a bulleted list.

The references are also a problem. #3, 7 and 8 are all referencing Wikipedia. Wikipedia cannot be used as a reliable source, and I'm not even sure what #3 is attempting to reference. The formatting isn't great either, you should take a look at the Template:Cite web, Template:Cite news and Template:Cite episode series. They act as good guides for what information should be included.

I'm also 50/50 on the image too, as potentially it could be replaced by images of the pair themselves rather than the fair use image.

So I'm closing this nomination based on that. Once you've addressed those issues, by all means re-submit it at GAN. Miyagawa (talk) 13:35, 14 February 2013 (UTC)

Notability Concern and fair Use Image

According to notability guidelines, "Notability requires only the existence of suitable independent, reliable sources, not their immediate citation." I have provided four (4) reliable citations:

1. Lena and Bonnie at the British Film Institute
2. Printed Material: The TV Times of March 25,1978
3. Lena and Bonnie/GA1 at IMDb
4. LWT Clapperboard Information for Lena and Bonnie. reference obtained from video tape recording of the show

So this should resolve the notability concern as listed on the Review Page ∴ I believe the notability concern is resolve.

As to the picture used even if a picture of Lena Zavaroni and Bonnie Langford was used it would still have the same problems of only having a fair use image as no images of them are available in the public domain. Plus using the front cover of the TV Times must also help support the notability concern and as Wikipedia allows for the use of a fair use image. I believe the fair use image concern is resolve.
