Leeds Trinity and All Saints student union does exist.
Leeds trinity student union is another union along with all the others already part of wikipedia, i feel it is an entity worth to be described. I will change anything agaisnt the regulations to make it conform to wikipedia's rules. Please describe what exactly is bad content.
As reviewing administrator, I think the content is fixable, and I made a start. This is an encyclopedia -- the content is intended to be of potential interest to the general reader , not just those at your college. Those at your college, or those considering going there, will find your own web page, which will give them the information they need.
Therefore all information about the specifics of current officers, except the president, hours of service, details of services provided,and so forth, are all of them irrelevant to Wikipedia. I've removed some of the most obtrusive of this, but there's more to go.
Further, you cannot copy information from your web site, unless you release it to us under a GFDL license, which permits reuse and modification of the material by anyone for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, and is not revokable. For ways of doing this,see our Business FAQ (which also applies to non-profit organisations such as this). But most of what's there is either irrelevant or would need to be rewritten. For one thing, it can't refer to the second person, "you",
But there is another problem: the organization may not be notable under our standards. Leeds Trinity & all Saints is one of the component or associated colleges of Leeds University. the University main student union would probably be considered notable. By our usual practice, articles about groups representing part of the student body only are often not considered notable. To show notability, you need 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases) that talk in a substantial way about the society--not just press notices of events to be held there. Notability will be decided by the community as a whole at a WP:AFD deletion policy discussion on the article, not by me. My role is only saying there's enough possible notability to not reject it out of hand. I'd advise you to add this very quickly, before it gets nominated for regular deletion.
