  • 19: Orange County fire officials, who had stopped actively investigating the case about three months ago and reopened it only when Martinez confessed to starting the blaze, said Wednesday they were also disappointed.  Y
  • 23: 2001 list shows Laguna at seventh. One of the listed fires above is after: Jones (1999).  Y
