Shouldn't the second Kramers-Kronig relation have an unprimed omega on the right-hand side?

It would be nice there was an actual derivation of the relations here.

There's an article named "Kramers-Krönig relation"... which I think this article should be merged to.

If I haven't mistaken, they're both talking about the same thing.
