Needs more Info edit

This page could use some more basic info such as size, breeding habits, territory.

Most genus pages (including this one) leave such details to the species articles to which they point. Rt3368 (talk) 12:07, 29 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Local Name edit

This page seems to be about snakes in the US. This is really rather significant. It refers to no snake on any of the other continents. Gowt (talk) 20:40, 27 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

The article didn't refer to range of habitat at all. Lampropeltis is a New World genus, with most species native to the continental U.S. and Mexico. I added a short section on range of habitat and morphology of the genus. Rt3368 (talk) 12:07, 29 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

I don't think so. As it was, the article's "Species and subspecies" section already pointed to several Latin American species. Rt3368 (talk) 12:07, 29 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
