The current version of the article is in rather good shape, but it still needs few improvements. I suggest to address the the following issues:
1. The article is accessible for everyone on the internet, so please keep a neutral style. e.g. "our parents told about" is not very appropriate.
2. I believe the section about family names in Khniss should be removed since it is not precise enough and it may be considered offensive to some inhabitants. Aldeplacé so, the mention about family names reads in between the lines a closed mind-set of the inhabitants, which I hope is not the case. We prefer our city to be welcoming to newcomers, and not the opposite. Anyway, wikipedia is not the place to publish such sensitive data about surnames.
3. The section about the laguna is too long. Can be shortened to keep only the essential. Or otherwise a new article about the laguna can be created.
Majdi: latest edit (24/03/2008) I tried to address those issues above. Pleáse advise before reverting to older versions.

--> Dear Fethi, I'd better discuss about improvements to the article; but since you wanted to draw the attention about my would be false claims, I refer you to the history page of the article. If you still believe you are the author of the first version, I invite you to resolve the IP address... Kind Regards, Majdi (07/4/2008).

I am not a great IT specialist enough to address the IP history. I posted the first version when I was in Tunisia. Since that moment I used many many many IP addresses. I do not believe we are here to claim "intellectual property". That is not the point so forget about it. At this point the article is not bad and provides a concise description about khniss. By the way I gave my email so if you have any proposals or ideas, you,ll be welcome. All the best. Fethi

"I posted the first version when I was in Tunisia. Since that moment I used many many many IP addresses. I do not believe we are here to claim "intellectual property". That is not the point so forget about it."

Dear Fethi, I agree it's not nice to be arguing about authorship. But notice that you are still claiming what is not yours since you insist that you "posted the first version when you were in Tunisia."

Well, you don't really need to be an IT specialist to check the authenticity of my claim. Go to the article page (not the discussion page), there is a "history" tab on the top of the page, press it, then check the earliest version. Read it and please acknowledge it's not your text. I have ceated the link to the article and I have authored its first version (it's a short text). If you are still in doubt, copy the IP adress and resolve the domain name here: http://www.webyield.net/domainquery.html#resolve .. It is my ex ip addess, and if you are still in disbelief, check the country, that's from Finalnd and certainly not from Tunisia! So please retract your claims!

Kind regards, Majdi (18/4/2008)

Chouf ayich wildi ma nabkaouch inkaarrou online. andik email mataay abaathly alih wa taw nahkiou. Salam

Dear Si Fethi, Your false accusation did hurt my integrity; and since I presented irrefutable proof regarding authership of the initial version, I am afraid I owe you a public apology on this page. Kind Regards, Majdi (19/4/2008).

Dear Majdi, It seems there was a misunderstanding here. I followed with a lot of patience this process of retracing/fixing the IP and found an initial version of two lines with the mention "This is an old revision of this page, as edited by 194.157.101.15 (Talk) at 20:24, 2 January 2005." . If this is what you mean by initial version then OK. My contributions began effectively as of 16:29, 14 July 2005 under the IP 193.95.81.82 which can be retraced in Tunisia. So I began in July in 2005 and my contributions were substantial. After moving outside Tunisia I continued with this page . With time (about 3 years now) I sincerly did not remember the first-and SO IMPORTANT BECAUSE THEY INITIATED THIS PAGE-two lines you were the first one to post.It was not my intention to accuse or hurt you.

I posted almost all the substance here and some good edits were introduced without touching the the substance.I also posted ,after consulting many elders, the first version about the six main families that constituted the core of Khniss's population. Edits introduced on this part unfortunately went beyond just pure historic purposes and I greatly appreciated the improvements you introduced in this regard because you deserve that. I would really appreciate focusing on other substantive additions. Regards, Fethi Debbabi, Cairo (28/04/08)

Dear Fethi,

Issue settled. Yes, I was precisely referring to the couple of lines I authored in January 2005. You'll agree that's what everyone might refer to as the initial version. I acknowledge that your later additions are substantial, and I congratulate you for that!

The last edits are also excellent... May be there is way too many (un-necessary ?) links to external topics, which over-burden the original topic. What do you think ?

Kind Regards, Majdi (1/5/2008).
