correction needed

Cuisine

It's unfair and inaccurate to describe Kazakh cuisine as based on mutton and horse meat as it was in the 19th century. Right now the section reads like it it was written by the fictional "Borat." Perhaps change the section name to "Traditional Cuisine" and add a separate "Cuisine" section after doing a little research on modern Kazakhstan and its cuisine.
