It's pronounced, KUT-SELLUH-VO, I don't understand that "pronounced /ˈkäsʌðɚO/" lingo, maybe someone more educated can add that bit. This is my first attempt at making a page, so it's probably wrong in lots of ways. I'm sure all of the things I've put are verifiable, only probably not in English. My Bulgarian isn't good enough to trawl through Cyrillic web pages looking for official references, a job perhaps for a Bulgarian.
