Concerning explaination by Franck-Condon factors edit

I think the explaination of Kasha's rule as given in this article does not really make sense, since internal conversion cannot occur between two v=0 states. IC is an isoenergetic transition and does always end up in a vibrationally excited state. The important Franck-Condon factor is therefore between the v=0 level of the higher electronic state and a v>0 level of the lower one.

Explanation of Azulene edit

The old explanation for the S₂ fluorescence is probably wrong. Have corrected it to what the present explanation is now, but havn't put any references since I don't have time to look for them.
