Workers' Rights

I think that the author of this article has a fixation with labour. It seems to focus on workers' rights, and of course 'just cause' encompasses a wide variety of subjects. I think that a general 'just cause' article should be written, and this one separated into 'Just Cause (Workers' rights)'.

I agree I came to this article expecting to find information on 'Just Cause' but found some rambling on Labour movements, there isn't even an introduction to describe what they are talking about. I thought it was vandalism at first. There needs to be a sub-heading to describe what type of 'Just Cause' I'm assuming it is a Union law but can the author make this clear.
